How to change language in the Visual Studio 2010

How to change language in the Visual Studio 2010 27 May 2015

No specific Bitcoin Bounty has been announced by author. Still, anyone could send Bitcoin Tips to those who provide a good answer.

I need to chage language from RU to EN but I can not do it.

Is it possible to do it without having to reinstall VS?

Hello. You can't install any language packs for the Visual Studio 2010.

You should make two steps:

Change system localization to English.

Control Panel -> Region and language -> Administrative -> Change -> System Locale

In Visual Studio:

Tools -> Options -> Environment -> International Settings

and change language to "Use Windows localization".
